"Performance Enhancement training is centered around the fundamentals & methodology of plyometric exercise & involves rapid and forceful sport specific movements, while utilizing the stretch-shortening cycle of muscles to enhance power and performance." Plyometric exercise & Top Hand's Sports Fitness & Conditioning program focus on generating maximal force in a short time frame. Improving performance through a wide range of exercises aiming to increase the body's ability to produce speed, power, strength, agility, spatial awareness, coordination & explosiveness, which is essential for balance in young athletes whom are training & developing to improve on a consistent basis. Sessions are 45-60 minutes, including warm-up, stretch, drills, cool-down & final stretch session
